Plume, the first permissionless blockchain designed for real-world asset (RWA) finance, has teamed up with AI-powered security platform Octane to integrate institutional-grade protection into its ecosystem. The collaboration brings automated, real-time vulnerability scanning directly into Plume's development pipelines, enabling developers to detect and fix security flaws without slowing progress.

Initial audits of Plume's protocols uncovered 192 issues, including a critical vulnerability in Mystic that could have led to fund losses. Octane's platform—already trusted by Circle, Avalanche, and Uniswap—has scanned over 86 million lines of code and safeguarded $6 billion in on-chain assets. The integration marks a significant step toward securing the rapidly growing RWA sector.
